ABOUT ME

Shae's confections is a family owned business.  It all started with baking cakes in a jar for friends and family.  We began attending  vending events with our specially packaged cakes in a jar and before long people were commissioning us for holidays, weddings, baby showers, bridal showers and more.  

Today we service all your baking needs.  

 

We use only quality ingredients.  All of our desserts are made from scratch, providing you with cakes of the highest quality.   Each and every dessert is a work of art but tastes as good as it looks. 

 
 
 

EXPERIENCE

Chef shae attended the Art Institute of Durham's culinary school where she was inducted into phi delta sigma honor society. She graduated with honors, december 2016.  She was hired as the pastry chef at the renowned capital grille in raleigh, north carolina just 3 months after beginning her pastry career!   she was published in the october 2016 edition raleigh magazine, and named employee of the year in june 2017 as well.  Chef shae will take your vision and bring it to reality.
